I am not a Rams fan so I have no use for them. While in Missouri a while back, I bought a few St. Louis Rams NFL scratch-off tickets and sent in the losing tickets for a 2nd chance drawing, similar to the Steelers game. I won these in the 2nd chance drawing. The notice from the Missouri Lottery, shown in the pic, will be included. These certificates are UNUSED AND GOOD UNTIL 8/1/2011.
